Radom Academy of Economics assures its students and employees excellent conditions for study and work.
This is a result of its excellent facilities and the equipment provided by the school. The school has its own modern buildings, located in the center of the city.
From the moment of college foundation, the school premises are constantly being enlarged and modernized. At present the total surface of WSH professionally equipped building complex amounts to over 5000 m2.
Among which are the following:
• a new, professionally equipped Main Hall, which can accommodate over 300 individuals,
• five small halls for more than 100 individuals,
• twenty lecture halls and classrooms,
• four computer rooms, equipped with the latest hardware as well as additional computer laboratories,
• library with reading room.
Students also have two cafeterias and bookshop spot at their disposal.
The Governing Body of the school, the Department of Foreign Languages as well as the school's administration are located in these buildings. Parking facilities are located near each of these buildings. Every year, in connection with the development of the school, these facilities are increased and improved. Thanks to these efforts, conditions at the school meet the highest European standards.
The buildings contain the following:
Building A
Modern didactic unit is located in the antique building at ul. Domagalskiego 7a. It is the headquarters of the Faculty of International Relations. There are the Main Hall with a capacity of 320 and two lecture-rooms with a capacity of 130 each as well as Dean Office, didactic rooms and computing laboratories. Students’ café with wireless Hot Spot internet access is also a place where CAFÉ GALLERY is situated.
Main Hall
It is the largest auditorium for over 320 persons. It is equipped with modern multimedia devices, so it meets high didactic standards., simultaneously providing comfort during classes. It is also the place of important meetings, lectures and ceremonies. The Main Hall at ul. Domagalskiego 7a is an integral part of Building A.
Building B
It is a part of a building complex located at ul. Domagalskiego 7a. It is the headquarters of the Faculty of Computer Science and the Institute of Applied Informatics. There are spacious lecture-rooms and modern equipped computing rooms and laboratories.
Building C
Building C at ul. Traugutta 61 is a mixture of antique architecture and modern didactic unit. It is the headquarters of the Faculty of Journalism and the Faculty of Law. There are lecture-halls, didactic rooms and computing laboratories. Building C is also a headquarters of the Chancellor of WSH. There are also Finance Office, Stipends’ Office, Editorial Office of students’ magazine “notaBene”, Postgraduate Studies Office, Dean Office here. Comfortable students’ café with wireless Internet access and CAFÉ GALLERY constitute great addition.
Building D
First of all, it is a headquarters of WSH Authorities. There are a fully computerized library with a reading room and Rector’s Office, Career Office, Department of Foreign Cooperation, Department of Didactic Organization.
